• Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process across all departments.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with WPAY’s growth plans.
• Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent in the fintech industry.
• Partner with executives and managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage and mentor the recruitment team to deliver high-quality results.
• Oversee the use of recruitment technologies, platforms, and innovative sourcing methods.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process.
