Preferably Graduate of any Four (4) Years Course

With One (1) year or Two (2) years Franchise Sales Experience is preferred

Strong leadership, communication, business planning and training skills.

Not time bound; willing to travel on provincial business trips.

Objective problem solving skills and time management skills.

Following responsibilities :

Assist clients in selecting the right franchise opportunities based on their investment goals and interests.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the franchise industry.

Develop franchise strategies, create operations manuals, and train franchisees.

Guide franchise candidates and build relationships with franchisors to ensure successful partnerships.

Provide advice on improving operational efficiency, profitability, and maintaining brand standards.

These roles are crucial for helping businesses expand through franchising and ensuring the success of franchisees.
