Job Requirements :

✨ Bachelor’s degree in Human resource, psychology or any related course.

✨With atleast 7 years of work experience as HR & Admin manager.

✨With experience handling all facet of HR and Admin role

✨knowledgeable in HR / Admin standards and regulatory requirements.

✨Can start as soon as possible is a big advantage

✨Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company’s overall business goals.

✨Manage employee disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations in a fair manner and in compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws.

✨Administer compensation and benefits programs.

✨Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

✨Manage all HR-related documentation, including employment contracts and other essential records.
