As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you'll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements. You'll be :
Utilizing your core consulting and Salesforce technical skills to offer technical knowledge and implementation experience with all core Salesforce tools, offerings and products.
Working to lead the design, build, test, and deploy complex salesforce solutions, working within architectural guidelines.
Scoping and designing features and enhancement to the platforms to meet wide ranging business requirements for customer experience.
Advising on best practice of the platform and leading solution and technical design of the platform and its integrations.
Working closely with developers and functional consultants to build and develop features aligned to design and architectural standards.
Mentoring and guiding junior developers and testers.
Your profile :
5+ years implementing Salesforce Solutions.
Deep knowledge and experience in Salesforce platform, particularly across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Community Cloud and common AppExchange apps.
Health cloud experience is highly desired but not mandatory.
Demonstrated understanding of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that addresses their needs.
Strong experience with LWC, Omnistudio, Copado.
Proven experience of Apex, Triggers, Classes and Lightning Web Components, API Web Services and Salesforce declarative programming techniques.
Capability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, whilst also managing their expectations.
