Educational Requirements :
Completed at least 2 years of college without any failed subjects
Work Experience :
At least 2 years of team lead experience in a sales line of business (LOB)
Familiar with sales KPIs such as quota attainment
Knowledge of closing techniques, handling objections, and adherence to sales scripts
Responsibilities :
Team Leadership & Management : Lead, motivate, and coach a team of travel sales agents to meet or exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing team members.
Sales Performance & Strategy : Track and analyze sales performance, identify improvement areas, and develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability. This includes setting sales plans, monitoring trends, and preparing reports.
Customer Service & Operations : Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service, provides expert travel advice, and offers tailored solutions. Also, manage and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with other departments like operations and product development to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients and vendors.
