Job descriptionTeam Leadership & Management : Guide, motivate, and coach a team of travel sales agents to achieve and surpass sales targets. This includes recruiting, training, and developing team members. Sales Performance & Strategy : Track and analyze sales results, identify improvement areas, and create strategies to boost profitability and meet business goals. This may involve setting sales plans, monitoring trends, and preparing performance reports. Customer Service & Operations : Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service, provides expert travel advice, and offers tailored solutions, while effectively handling and resolving issues or complaints. Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with other departments such as operations and product development to ensure smooth service delivery and alignment of goals. Maintain strong relationships and clear communication with clients and vendors.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a team lead in a sales line of business (LOB)
- Proven ability to manage sales teams, with a focus on quota-based KPIs, closing techniques, objection handling, and adherence to sales scripts
