Responsibilities :
Offer Expert Travel Advice : Guide clients on destinations, transportation options, accommodations, travel requirements, and insurance choicesHandle Travel Bookings : Reserve flights, hotels, transfers, cruises, and tour packages according to client preferences, schedules, and budgetsManage Customer Service & Escalations : Communicate directly with travelers to address concerns, resolve issues, and provide practical travel solutionsEnsure Compliance with Regulations : Provide accurate, current information on travel regulations, visas, and entry policiesCoordinate with Suppliers : Liaise with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transport providers to confirm bookings and ensure smooth logisticsPerform Administrative Tasks : Prepare detailed travel documents, reports, and maintain precise and confidential client recordsQualifications & Requirements :
Experience : 2 to 4 years in a similar role as a Travel Consultant or within the travel industry; experience handling escalations and direct customer communication is an advantageEducation : Bachelors degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)Technical Skills : Familiarity with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is highly desirable; proficient in Microsoft Office and online booking toolsCore Competencies : Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities; high attention to detail; capable of multitasking and managing multiple client inquiries efficiently
