Responsibilities

• As a Director of Spa & Recreation, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, efficient daily operation in the Health Club & Spa
• Manage the hotel recreation activities
• Provide superior services to guests and ensure pleasant guest experiences
• Supervise team members and provide training to team members when necessary
• Maximize revenue
• Maintain a positive customer-relationship and provide feedback to team members for staff evaluation and reward purposes
