This dual-role position combines legal and administrative support. You’ll assist attorneys with M&A and financing matters while helping streamline daily operations. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive legal assistant and secretarial support to attorneys handling complex transactional matters
Support preparation and coordination of M&A deal documentation and closing processes
Assist with financing transaction documentation, due diligence, and deal coordination
Manage administrative and operational functions supporting firm operations
Handle variable workloads with flexibility during peak deal-closing periods
Contribute to improving operational efficiency and supporting firm management initiatives
Integrate seamlessly with the firm’s remote systems and team structure
Requirements
Previous experience as a legal assistant, legal secretary, or in a legal support role (preferred)
Strong administrative and operational support background
Exceptional flexibility to manage variable workloads and adapt to peak business periods
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Familiarity with transactional legal work and business operations (preferred)
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while staying fully integrated into team systems
Comfortable using technology and remote collaboration tools
