Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday
8-hour shift : Approx 7AM - 4PM MST Time zone (must)

A bit about you :
You are the one who ensures clients receive their deliverables on scope, on time, every time. You’ll assist in the coordination of client bookings with our internal team, and otherwise be the main personnel in charge of deliverables that go out daily. You enjoy organizing and take pride in having the best tools and methods of keeping things well-sorted. You take initiative, you schedule appointments like a boss, tackle administrative projects with ease, and have a knack for seeing when your team needs help before they even ask. Your attention to detail is unparalleled; you notice where gaps exist and work to close them yourself when possible.
A few things you’ll be doing :
Understand our processes, packages, and pricing
Review all outbound projects prior to delivery to clients (checking spelling, addresses, custom requests, and ensuring the scope matches what was requested)
General billing and accounting tasks with clients and third parties
General administrative tasks
Availability to work outside of regular office hours, as needed (Saturdays)
Deliveries : photos, measurements, 3d tours, video uploads, and more.
Retouch photos using simple AI tools
Quality control, checking our output for any glaring issues
Requirements
Two or more years of administrative experience is preferred
Proficiency with computers and using cloud based software
Proficiency with Word and Excel
Tech savvy and can learn new software quickly
Precision and thorough attention to detail is absolutely necessary & critical in this role
Must be professional and have strong communication & interpersonal skills (both oral and written are preferred)
Comfortable working independently
Positive and friendly personality
Excellent organizational skills are key
Driven and excellent initiative skills
Handles a fast-paced work environment
Accountability : Ensuring everything is done
This is a fully remote position and we're looking for someone who is flexible to work from Tuesdays to Saturdays .
