Strategy Head – Corporate Planning
About The Job : The Corporate Planning / Strategy Head is responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans to drive company growth and optimize financial performance. This role involves collaborating with senior executives, evaluating business performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a forward‑thinking, data‑driven strategist with exceptional problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and implement corporate strategies to align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Facilitate the annual strategic planning process and ensure alignment across departments and business units.
- Draft the 5‑Year Strategic Plan and prepare OKR and OKR review presentations for the Executive Council.
- Partner with leaders from various departments to integrate strategic goals into functional objectives.
- Create key result metrics and frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives; track and evaluate outcomes.
- Set 5‑Year sales targets per project and launch.
- Prepare presidential and company OKRs for the year; review key officer OKRs.
- Evaluate proposed launch line‑up for the year and monitor performance.
- Develop OKR scorecards to assess performance of departments and executives.
- Maintain dashboards for business segments and sub‑segments to monitor performance.
- Review OKR accomplishments and performance appraisal reports of business segments and individual leaders.
- Coordinate with Business Units for adjustments to ensure attainment of targets.
- Ensure instructions from President / CEO or company directions are cascaded clearly and executed; provide progress reports.
- Review and consolidate monthly reports for the Executive Council and Board of Directors.
- Create and update executive dashboards in platforms such as Power BI, Smartsheet, or SharePoint for business metrics such as sales, inventory, leasing, occupancy.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).5–8 years in corporate strategy, financial planning, or real‑estate investment analysis.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.Solid experience preparing high‑level presentations for senior management and the board of directors.Experience developing OKRs and performance scorecards.Experience leading cross‑functional projects.10+ years of hands‑on experience analyzing and interpreting data and reporting results across stakeholders.Ability to distill and communicate data to all organizational levels.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross‑functional teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software; proficiency in Power BI is an advantage.Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Job Details
