Total Weekly Hours : 40 Hours
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Bookke eper to manage daily transaction categorization, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment. You’ll work with QuickBooks Online (QBO), Divvy, and advanced Excel / Google Sheets to ensure accurate records, support month-end close, and assist with audits — playing a key role in keeping the finance team running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Categorize and sync Divvy transactions regularly to ensure accurate expense tracking.
Perform daily transaction categorization and support month-end close in QBO.
Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Allocate deposits across accounts and categories in line with financial policies.
Maintain accurate financial records with systematic data entry and documentation.
Prepare financial reports and analysis using advanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas).
Track financial projects and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
Assist with audit preparation and collaborate with the accounting team on reviews.
Partner with the Finance Manager to improve financial processes.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO); Divvy experience strongly preferred.
Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets with ability to create reports and analyze data.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative work style.
