Job Description

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Oversee local marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
• Lead market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Identify and capitalize on new business partnerships.
• Build, manage and mentor a high-performing team to achieve high performance and professional development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Director should have :

• At least 10 years of progressive commercial experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical space.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in managing teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare and life sciences industry and market.
• Track record in delivering revenue growth and managing P&L.
