Job Description :
Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue by identifying new market opportunities and expanding retail channels.
Team Development : Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team through coaching, counseling, and performance management.
Financial Management : Achieve and maintain financial targets by monitoring sales, analyzing results, and implementing corrective actions.
Operational Oversight : Ensure all retail operations run efficiently by enforcing company policies, overseeing inventory, and managing store requirements.
Relationship and Market Analysis : Build strong relationships with key customers and partners, and use market feedback and competitor analysis to inform business plans.
Qualifications :
A minimum of 10 years of in-depth experience in retail, sales, and operations.
Prior work experience with major retailers such as SM, Robinsons, or Landmark is required.
Demonstrated knowledge of personnel management, sales planning, standard operating procedures, budgeting, and accounting.
Essential educational qualifications to meet job requirements.
Working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools.
