About The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Head of Sales to lead our go-to-market efforts across both our AI-driven eKYC and risk management solutions (AAI) as well as our credit bureau offerings (CBP). This leadership role is critical to driving revenue growth, deepening enterprise relationships, and scaling our presence in the Philippines' ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in enterprise solution sales, preferably in fintech, regtech, or SaaS, with a deep understanding of both commercial strategy and technical solutioning. You must be capable of leading the full sales lifecycle—from opportunity generation to deal closure and long-term relationship management.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire sales lifecycle : from lead generation, opportunity management, and contract negotiation to post-sale relationship growth and account expansion.Create and implement effective strategic account plans that include : revenue forecasting, market penetration strategies, targeted account mapping, cross-functional resource planning, identification of key influencers and decision-makersOwn and execute the sales strategy across both AAI (eKYC, risk, fraud prevention, AI-based automation) and CBP (credit bureau products, data partnerships, scoring solutions).Drive new business by leveraging an existing portfolio of high-value client relationships, particularly in banking, financial services, fintech, and government sectors.Develop and maintain deep, consultative relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on both product and market strategy.Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships across all levels, serving as a liaison between internal teams and customers to deliver superior outcomes.Lead the development of strategic sales plans using data-driven insights and business analysis tools to identify revenue trends, recognize sales opportunities, and analyze competitive threats and market shifts.Maintain a strong grasp of our technical product capabilities, competitive landscape, and pricing structure to clearly articulate the differentiated value of AAI & CBP offerings in client engagements.Collaborate closely with internal teams including Product, Compliance, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive integrated go-to-market execution.Perform other duties as assigned by the Country Manager.What You'll Need To Succeed
BS / BA or equivalent, MBA optional but preferred.Preferred 8-10+ years of proven sales experience. Work experience in the professional sales environment.Preferred 8-10+ years of proven Banking and Financial Services Service sales and / or operational experience.C-level sales experience.Strong oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.Proven experience and track record in managing clients coming from banking / financial industry.Strong organizational and forecasting skills.Understanding of the corporate and / or professional research process and the ability to quickly develop an in-depth understanding of CBI products and services and how they apply to the customer’s needs.Demonstrate outstanding networking capabilities and exhibit a professional demeanor, business maturity, and technical (PC and applications) knowledge.Why You Should Join Us
