VP - Global Accounts

Overview

VP - Global Accounts - Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines. Drive operational governance, alignment, and performance for key clients within the Global Accounts portfolio across India, Americas, Europe and the Philippines. Partner with senior leadership to ensure consistency and excellence in operations and data-driven planning.

What you will do

• Focus on legacy or new clients in the company’s portfolio
• Establish an operational governance model to ensure efficiency, uniformity, and consistency across geographies
• Drive operational consistency and performance for the client portfolio
• Develop guidelines for performance evaluations, career advancement, and redeployment; build cross-functional relationships with department heads and management
• Partner with leadership to maintain an efficient team structure and performance using analytics, processes, and tools
• Maximize client engagements and collaborate with the leadership team to meet future site needs
• Maintain profit margins and develop internal controls to ensure accountability, building strong relationships with clients and internal partners
