Job Role : Virtual Assistant

Compensation range : 1,300 - 1,800 AUD / month

Engagement type : Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule : This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who The Client Is : Our client is a boutique property management business specialising in design-led, high-end holiday homes in popular coastal destinations. They focus on providing exceptional guest experiences while maintaining beautifully presented properties, combining style, comfort, and attention to detail.

Role Overview : We’re seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to support the back office of a property management business. The role focuses on property management systems (especially Resly) and includes managing bookings, updating listings, processing payments, and handling admin tasks. It’s a varied role suited to someone detail-oriented, organised, and confident working independently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage emails, inquiries, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle booking coordination and scheduling, including direct bookings.
• Process credit card payments for bookings via multiple platforms (e.g., website, VRBO, Booking.com) and issue payment receipts to guests
• Update and maintain property management systems (e.g., Resly )
• Set up new properties across WordPress, Resly, Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO, and continually refine listings over time
• Complete orders for furniture, linen, amenities, and consumables
• Assist with website updates and content management via WordPress
• Produce documents and marketing materials with content and images
• Provide social media updates for owners’ personal brands (including LinkedIn)
• Provide general administrative support as needed
