Position Title : Virtual Assistant
Work Set-up : Work From Home or Office
Salary : Php 35,000 - Php 50,000
Schedule : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM PH Time
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role requires strong document management skills, CRM administration, and advanced Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities as a Virtual Assistant :
Phone Management
- Answer and direct calls professionally using VOIP system.
Document & Content Management
Create and edit Word documents for ServiceM8 using merge fields and “if-then” logic.Ensure documents are accurate, consistent, and client-ready.CRM & Project Administration
Update and maintain Work-In-Progress spreadsheets accurately.Manage CRM (GoHighLevel experience preferred), including landing pages, email campaigns, social marketing, and project pipeline tracking.Communication & Collaboration
Coordinate with team members and clients for project updates and information gathering.Provide timely and professional communication across channels.Time & Task Management
Prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines.Work independently while maintaining accountability to the team.Qualifications as a Virtual Assistant :
Proven experience as a Digital Content Administrator or similar role.Strong written and spoken English communication skills.Professional telephone manner.Advanced Microsoft Word skills; familiarity with ServiceM8 preferred (training provided).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data management and WIP tracking).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and reliable.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Optional / Nice to Have
Graphic design experience (Adobe, Canva).Website creation and administration skills (cPanel, WordPress, DIVI, HTML, Java).Ability to design digital assets (Adobe, Canva).Experience in managing websites and online content.Your love for Boomering will jump-start with these meaningful engagement activities and perks :
