Compensation range :    1500AUD - 2000 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type :       Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule :   This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration

A leading pest management specialist serving residential and commercial clients across Melbourne and surrounding regions.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support the client’s day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage administrative tasks with efficiency while providing excellent communication and customer support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and respond to emails, inquiries, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule and confirm appointments with residential and commercial clients
• Maintain and update the booking system and customer database
• Assist with preparing quotes, invoices, and basic reporting
• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and online platforms
• Support marketing efforts such as posting updates on social media or coordinating with external providers
• Perform other administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth daily operations
