We are searching for a Head of Sales position for a leading healthcare company in the Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Go-to-market and sales execution.
- Build strong relationships and advocacy with key customers based on good business acumen and identifying customer needs.
- Lead all people management issues, including selection, retention, engagement & development processes and succession pipeline.
- Creating and leading a high performing team including training and allocation of country field force resources and personnel.
- Sets the tone of a culture of integrity and ensures legal and ethical conduct.
- Cross-functional leadership and alignment.
- Solid understanding of sales P&L.
Education, Skills and Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles from the healthcare industry, with good understanding and background in P&L management.Strong strategic thinking, execution skills, and ability to manage complexity.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.In return, the role offers great career development opportunity and a competitive compensation and benefits package.
