Head of Sales
The Head of Sales is primarily responsible for the implementation of the business plan to achieve sales and revenue targets across all our client segments.
This role involves strategically leading, managing and optimizing support for the Agency distribution network by developing and implementing sales strategies and campaigns, fostering strong business relationships with distribution partners (SLOCPI Agency & third party).
This role is likewise responsible in overseeing the Direct Sales Channel covering Institutional Trust accounts to achieve volume and income targets, developing direct sales capabilities and strategies, building and maintaining client relationships and ensuring effective implementation of sales processes to drive sustainable business growth.
The role also functions as the product owner of the online platform (via third party vendor or in-house), a digital selling tool used to onboard direct retail clients, to ensure competitiveness and compliance of the platform to internal and external regulations.
The role will require facilitating group discussions, performing business presentations to upper management, internal and external partners and clients. It will also require effective collaboration with stakeholders (i.e. clients and distribution channels). The person is expected to have knowledge of strategies, sales and people management, industry competitiveness and trends that will contribute to business development and sales conversions.
