This is a remote position.
Schedule :
- 20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule with some overlap during US Eastern Time Zone business hours
- Client Time zone : Eastern Time Zone (New York)
Responsibilities :
Convert client proposals into purchase orders within the Houzz platform.Transform purchase orders into accurate invoices for client billing.Reconcile all receipts and financial records within Houzz system.Send invoices to clients and manage the billing process.Request payments from clients and conduct follow-up communications.Serve as primary liaison for client payment questions and concerns.Log and track all incoming payments accurately.Handle monthly tax reconciliation and reporting (tracking taxable vs non-taxable transactions).Maintain financial records using Google Sheets for income tracking.Perform additional administrative tasks as business needs arise.Requirements :
Experience with Houzz platform strongly preferredStrong bookkeeping and accounting fundamentalsExcellent written communication skills for client interactionProficiency with Google Sheets and basic spreadsheet functionsExperience with invoice generation and payment processingUnderstanding of tax handling and reconciliation processesAbility to work independently and manage multiple client accountsProfessional demeanor for client-facing communicationsIndependent Contractor Perks
