About the role
We are expanding our presence in the Philippines and seeking a highly capable Head of Sales to drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and deliver commercial excellence.
Key responsibilities
- P&L Ownership : Lead the Philippines business with full accountability for sales, profitability, and budget performance.
- Distributor & Agency Management : Build and manage strong partnerships with distributors, agencies and retail partners to deliver sales and marketing excellence.
- Forecasting & Stock Management : Develop exceptional demand planning and forecasting processes to ensure product availability, optimal stock management and minimal waste.
- Logistics & Supply Support : Work closely with internal supply‑chain teams to ensure seamless operations, efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Influence : Engage and influence key stakeholders across distributors, retailers and internal functions to secure alignment and commitment to growth strategies.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Partner with supply, regulatory, marketing and sales colleagues to deliver end‑to‑end business outcomes.
- Brand Growth : Collaborate with marketing and agency partners to localise campaigns, execute market activations and build consumer engagement for our brands.
About you
You will be results‑driven with a strong sense of accountability. Collaborative, with the ability to build trusted relationships across cultures and functions.
Proven leadership experience in sales or commercial roles within the healthcare, FMCG or consumer goods sectors.Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience.Demonstrated success in managing distributors and agencies, with an ability to build collaborative, win‑win partnerships.Advanced forecasting and demand‑planning skills, with a track record of ensuring supply reliability.Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation.Experience working cross‑functionally with supply‑chain, regulatory and marketing teams.Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to balance long‑term growth with short‑term execution.Agile and resilient in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.Seniority level
