Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Preferably with experience in Construction industry hiring
- Strong grasp of effective hiring platforms and sourcing strategies
- Excellent skills in screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Job Responsibilities
Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for open positionsSource candidates through online portals, job boards, social media, and other recruitment channelsEvaluate applications, conduct screening calls / emails, and coordinate pre-interview assessmentsPrepare interview materials and conduct interviews (in-person or via video call) with shortlisted applicantsIf you’re passionate about connecting people to the right opportunities and helping build a strong organization, we’d love to meet you!
