Join our growing team! We’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a key role in finding and attracting top talent to help our organization grow.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
Preferably with experience in Construction industry hiring
Strong grasp of effective hiring platforms and sourcing strategies
Excellent skills in screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Job Responsibilities

Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for open positions

Source candidates through online portals, job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels

Evaluate applications, conduct screening calls / emails, and coordinate pre-interview assessments

Prepare interview materials and conduct interviews (in-person or via video call) with shortlisted applicants
