The TA Assistant is responsible for end-to-end recruitment for assigned accounts which includes resume sourcing and screening, scheduling, interviews, assessment tests and results, endorsement to hiring manager, up until job offer.
Provides professional facilitation of the recruiting process both to external and internal customers to ensure service satisfaction.
Responsible for maintaining complete and accurate information in candidate database to include candidates' profile, assessment results, candidate funnel, and history of application.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Screens resume as provided by the Sourcing Specialist or by own sourcing methods to ensure quality of applicants.
Organizes and schedules candidates interview and assessment, and subsequent regret letter, endorsements, and related and required reports to provide a well-thought off output that will aid hiring managers interview and review process.
Provides clear instruction for examinations and online assessments to ensure candidates fully grasp the test administration process.
Requests Job Offer letter thru Compensation and Benefits for successful applicants as identified by the hiring manager to support the hiring process.
Endorses closed candidates to the TA Coordinator (or equivalent role) for the facilitation of pre-employment requirements processing.
Maintains applicant tracker for funnel generation and reporting.
Maintains and consolidates talent database for centralization of report.
Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS : Graduate of any 4-year course preferably a Bachelor Degree holder in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, or Human Resource Management.
With at least a year experience performing recruitment functions in a BPO or Shared Service set-up.
