About the Role
Thinking IT is seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, strategy development, and team leadership in the marketing and iGaming sector. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals and customer acquisition targets.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing ongoing training and performance feedback.
- Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management, highlighting successes and challenges.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay abreast of industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in marketing and iGaming.Demonstrated success in leading a sales team to achieve high performance.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.Benefits
