Our Marketing and Cash Management team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati and Taguig with the role of Cash Management Sales Manager .

In this role you will be tasked to sell the Banks cash management solutions to the appropriate target customers in close coordination with key personnel in the Corporate and Retail Banking groups.

What the role will entail

• Provide marketing strategies, tools, and market updates to better equip key personnel in the Corporate and Retail Banking groups in the attainment of their cash management business objectives
• Drive the usage of cash management products that may be assigned to by the Sales Team Head and monitor their performance in terms of throughput, CASA ADB / Float, and income on a per marketing unit basis
• Create demand for the Banks cash management products by undertaking diagnostic calls to customers with the end goal of providing them with the right solutions to their cash management requirements
• Undertake cash management presentations to clients and, thereafter, prepare, price, and follow-up their corresponding proposals in close coordination with the concerned Relationship Manager / Business Manager / Sales Officer
• Conduct cash management seminars and lectures to internal units of the Bank whenever deemed necessary
• Regularly solicit customer feedback to improve product offerings with proven and profitable business models and coordinate such to the Product Management unit for possible development
