We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, expanding market presence, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies as needed.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management on performance, forecasts, and opportunities.
Establish sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and expand the network.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles , preferably in Information Technology industry or System Integrator company.
MUST HAVE PEOPLE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset.
Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
