Job Title : US Human Resource Specialist (Benefits)
Work set up : Hybrid in McKinley Hills, (2 to 3x per week)
Salary : PHP 30,000 - PHP 35,000
Work schedule : Night shift
Non-negotiable qualifications :
- Graduate with any degree
- Years of Experience : At least 2-3 years’ experience with US HR, US Leave management (IFMLA, CFMLA) US Termination Monitoring and US Benefits is required
- at least some experience in HR Shared Services or HR Outsourcing.
- Should have experience leading or coaching teams
- Experience / knowledge of PeopleSoft HR and Oracle modules is an asset
- Good communication skills in English
- Critical Thinking, Analytical Skills and Decision-making Skills
- Must be amenable to work in Taguig - Hybrid Set-up
- Reject applicants with frequent job switching or serial job-hoppers
- Amenable to graveyard schedule
