This is a remote position.

Schedule : 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm EST with 1 hour unpaid break

Client Timezone : Eastern Time (Florida)

• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for client review
• Process sales tax returns and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Handle payroll processing and related tax obligations
• Maintain confidential client records with strict security protocols
• Collaborate with CPA owner on client-specific procedures and guidelines
• Adapt to seasonal workload variations while maintaining consistent quality standards
