Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to become an integral part of a busy entrepreneur’s life and business operations. Responsibilities

  • Manage comprehensive scheduling coordination including cleaning services, moving companies, and family appointments
  • Schedule and coordinate medical appointments for children and family members
  • Handle grocery ordering and coordinate personal shopping needs
  • Conduct thorough research on various personal, household, and potentially property-related needs
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and service provider scheduling
  • Manage email communications and calendar systems with meticulous attention to detail
  • Utilize AI tools and technology to enhance productivity and research capabilities
  • Maintain proactive communication and follow-up on all scheduled appointments and services
  • Potentially grow into real estate support tasks including lease coordination and tenant communication
  • Take full ownership of assigned tasks and deliver reliable, well-researched results

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Real estate or Property management experience is required
  • Customer service background with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proactive, go-getter attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience conducting thorough research and delivering accountable results
  • Proficiency with AI tools and eagerness to leverage technology for efficiency
  • Real estate or property management background strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with phone communication and potential client-facing interactions
  • Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of responsibilities
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience working remotely with strong self-management skills

    Requirements
