Position Overview
The Sales Unit Head – Motorcycle, with a minimum of 5 yeas actual and related MC loan sales experience, shall be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve business objectives, revenue targets, and market share growth. This role involves strategic planning, dealer / distributor management, customer engagement, and execution of sales initiatives to strengthen the brand’s presence in the motorcycle market.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the attainment of the monthly sales KRA-KPI target through active MC sales program
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve unit sales targets, profitability goals, and overall business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the motorcycle sales team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with Marketing, After-Sales, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of business plans and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by driving initiatives that improve the overall sales experience.
- Oversee pricing, discounting, and promotional schemes within company guidelines.
- Manage inventory allocation and sales forecasting.
- Represent the company at trade shows, product launches, and other industry events.
