About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Collections Trainer who is passionate about developing people and helping them succeed. In this role, you will design and deliver training programs that build skills in debt collection, negotiation, compliance, and customer service. You will work closely with leadership and support teams to make sure every team member has the tools, knowledge, and confidence to perform at their best.
What You’ll Do
Lead onboarding programs to set new hires up for success
Develop engaging training modules on collection techniques, compliance, and customer interactions
Conduct refresher sessions and workshops to keep skills sharp
Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to help team members improve
Track training results and identify opportunities for growth
Partner with leaders and HR to align training with business needs
What We’re Looking For
8–10 years of experience as a BPO Trainer in Collections (Retail or B2C)
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of banking operations and team performance management
Skilled at coaching and motivating people to achieve results
Organized, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning
Willing to work onsite in McKinley West, Taguig or MOA Complex, Pasay
Amenable to an Australian shift schedule
