Position : HT IT Consultant (Taguig) | Hybrid
Location : BGC, Taguig
Work Setup : Hybrid (1 day onsite)

Responsibilities : Project Management :
Ensure efficient purchasing processes are followed, including timely engagement of the purchasing department and transparent communication
Lead projects following established Project Management standards, focusing on IT implementation and coordinating vendor and internal resources
Collaborate closely with Business Process Consultants to define and align technical standards for new projects and enhancements
Maintain technical standards aligned with company guidelines to optimize scalability and ease of maintenance
Ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects and enhancements, including new features and applications
Project Budget :
Develop and monitor project requests as needed
Manage the purchasing process throughout the project lifecycle, including creating CEOS shopping cards and handling payments
Provide accurate budget updates through forecasts and ensure budgets are used or adjusted promptly
Maintain high accuracy and reliability in project budgets and forecasts
Technical Documentation :
Ensure comprehensive and high-quality technical documentation for both vendor and internal development projects
Keep internal documentation tools like LeanIX current and accurate
Change Management :
Develop detailed technical concepts for proposed changes
Implement changes and provide dedicated hyper-care support during transition
Knowledge Management :
Promote the sharing and application of lessons learned across teams and Competence Centers
Commit to continuous learning by attending relevant IT events and sharing best practices and standards
Qualifications :
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant
Preferred expertise in SAP HR / HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Master Data (HR) modules, including LMS (Learning Management Systems)
Academic background in Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications
Several years of professional experience in a similar role
Experience with HR IT solutions
Business knowledge related to HR is advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Strong initiative and the ability to independently drive projects
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and meet internal stakeholder needs, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
