Organize and update confidential files and records
Ensure clear communication with executives, team members, and candidates
Qualifications :
Advanced skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently with integrity and attention to detail
Comfortable using AI / digital tools for efficiency
