HR Supervisor

Responsibilities :

Supervise and support the HR team in executing functions such as recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, procedures, and programs.

Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR-related concerns.

Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth.

Required Skills :

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

With around 3 to 5 years of overall HR experience

Must have 1 year of experience in HR supervisory role

Must have PEZA zone experience and handled all facets of HR.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong knowledge of PEZA policies and regulations.

Experience in handling PEZA documentation and compliance.

Willing to work full onsite

This position will be working with pioneering deep-tech textile manufacturing company.

Working Set-up : Onsite

Mondays to Fridays.
