HEAD OF GROWTH MARKETING
We are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Head of Growth Marketing to join the team. As Head of Growth Marketing, you will help craft data-driven forecasts and execute strategies that push our clients toward their goals. You will work to build trust with clients through transparent communication about actions taken and results relative to projections, and contribute to the broader practice of media acquisition and growth planning.
You are a representative and advocate for CTC’s distinctive approach to media acquisition and its tools. You are expected to deliver with accountability, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset. We value curiosity, initiative, and the ability to complete projects end-to-end.

Kick-off : commit to a rigorous onboarding, take feedback quickly, and deliver quality work on time.Onboarding : align with the Brain Trust, manage your pod (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist), maintain data integrity across Statlas, execute Prophet system for clients, build Growth Forecasts and Growth Maps.Daily execution : deconstruct projections, adjust to meet KPIs, and forecast alignment with client feedback.Strategic planning : combine data analysis with client feedback to shape future plans; lead in challenging situations.Quality standards : maintain accuracy within a 5% delta to forecast; ensure client satisfaction and adherence to Prophet system timelines.Client communication : provide daily updates, ensure team clarity on deadlines and goals, and support weekly strategy discussions.Growth initiatives : build campaigns using our structure and best practices; maintain ideologies and processes across accounts; monitor campaigns and adjust budgets / strategy to hit targets; implement tests to improve performance.DETAILS & COMPENSATION
Location : Fully remote with flexible scheduling; regular 1 : 1 feedback and measurable quality benchmarks.Salary range : First month $2,000; second month $4,000; third month on average $7,000 / month; 1st year $64,000-$76,000; 2nd year $100,000-$120,000. The exact amount depends on client load and performance.Growth & Development

Supervisor : Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program. Direct reporting to Joy with emphasis on growth strategy and mentorship.Orientation : role is client-facing.Location & Environment
Fully remote with autonomy; expectations, regular feedback, and accountability checks.This role may be listed as an associate director-level opportunity depending on experience.
