HR Manager (Remote)

About the Role : Flexihire Talent is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in human resources, talent acquisition, and employee relations, paired with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities : Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with organizational goals.

Serve as a strategic partner to leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.

Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support employee development programs.

Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and best practices across regions.

Manage employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and maintain a positive workplace culture.

Drive HR projects and initiatives that improve organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Maintain HR metrics and reports to inform business decisions.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Master’s degree preferred.

5+ years of HR experience, including recruitment and employee relations, ideally in a fast-growing or global organization.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with HR software and tools.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities.
