Job Description for Business Development Representative
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am to 12 : 30pm Eastern time
Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to healthcare providers, long-term care facilities, and assisted living facilities to introduce mobile phlebotomy and lab draw services
- Collect point of contact information for key decision-makers who request lab services at healthcare facilities
- Schedule demos, appointments, and follow-up meetings with prospective clients
- Email marketing materials and informational flyers to interested prospects
- Maintain updated database or spreadsheet of all facilities and providers contacted
- Record detailed call outcomes and track communication history
- Complete registration paperwork and submit required documents for new client onboarding
- Provide recommendations on appointment setting systems and sales tools
- Support expansion into additional services like drug screenings and drug tests
Requirements :
At least 1-3 years of recent experience in business development, B2B appointment setting or B2B salesStrong appointment setting and lead generation skillsProficiency with database management and CRM systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in the healthcare industry preferred, not requiredAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyProfessional phone manner and relationship-building abilitiesScope :

Requirements
