This is a remote position.

Job Overview : We are looking for an Administration Support to work for one of our Australian clients who will be the go-to person for administration in their business. By owning these responsibilities, you’ll free up senior staff to focus on scheduling, strategy, and revenue growth, while ensuring the backbone of our business runs smoothly. This role has the potential to evolve into an Office Manager position, giving you the opportunity to step up, take on more responsibility, and grow with the client.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Keep the systems running smoothly by entering invoices and trucking dockets into our project platform — ensuring the numbers line up and the wheels keep turning.
  • Stay on top of organization by maintaining and updating document folders so everything is easy to find and up to date.
  • Handle the paperwork that keeps us moving – credit applications, forms, and client submissions.
  • Help us put our best foot forward by polishing and formatting tender submissions.
  • Be the steady hand behind the scenes supporting the team and spotting ways to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, business or relevant field
  • Experienced in administration (construction or related industries highly regarded)
  • Experience working with Australian clients or international clients is  desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • Proficiency with various software, systems and document formatting
  • Proactive, reliable approach and ability to work independently
  • Someone who values flexibility, accountability, and takes pride in their work
