People Partner – Manila

As a People Partner at Guesty, you will be a key contributor to our organization's success by serving as a strategic partner to both employees and management.

Responsibilities

• Employee Engagement : Increase and nurture employee engagement by developing and implementing programs and collaborating with leadership to address concerns and enhance overall workplace satisfaction.
• Talent Development : Provide coaching and guidance to strengthen team collaboration and communication and partner with managers to identify skill gaps, support employee development, and facilitate career growth.
• Employee Relations : Act as a trusted advisor, addressing employee relations issues and conflicts. Conduct investigations and recommend solutions to maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Workforce Planning : Collaborate with business leaders on strategic workforce planning. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• HR Operations : Act as a focal point for site-specific policies, labor law issues, and People-related processes.
