Position : IT Consultant Integrity and Law Operations (Taguig) | Hybrid

Location : BGC, Taguig

Work Setup : Hybrid (1 day onsite)

Schedule : Mid-shift

Job Responsibilities :

Project Management : Lead and oversee complex, strategic IT projects related to Integrity and Law throughout all phases. Plan, execute, and deliver high-quality results on schedule and within budget.

Service Management : Responsible for the overall delivery of assigned services. Coordinate with external partners to manage application lifecycle, support, licensing, and serve as the escalation point when necessary.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Facilitate collaboration across different IT departments and key user groups to develop and implement strategic solutions jointly.

Application Provisioning & IT Systems Oversight : Manage end-to-end application provisioning and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth infrastructure integration. Ensure the availability, performance, and compliance of critical IT systems supporting Integrity and Law (such as CORE, Asterix, Compliance Hotline), while optimizing operational costs.

IT Business Consulting : Offer expert advice to business management and key user teams on IT strategies and solutions to enhance competitive advantage.

IT Governance, Policies & Standards : Implement and continually improve IT best practices, including project, portfolio, and service management. Ensure compliance with company IT standards, asset management policies, and security protocols.

IT Sourcing & Vendor Management : Evaluate and select vendors, lead contract negotiations with support from IT Purchasing, and ensure adherence to sourcing policies. Manage external service providers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective global services.

Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Information & Communication Technology or a related field

2-3 years of experience in IT project implementation

Proven success in managing international projects with budgets over $200,000

Experience leading teams or initiatives without formal authority

Strong background working with international and cross-cultural teams
