Job Summary : The AVP Marketing Head will be responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy and execution. This role drives brand growth, market positioning, customer engagement, and revenue performance across business units. The Marketing Head will oversee brand management, communications, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with the companys vision and objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and achieve business goals.
• Oversee marketing functions including brand management, advertising, promotions, public relations, events, and digital marketing.
• Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Drive campaigns that increase customer engagement, foot traffic, and sales conversions across business units.
