Estimator (AU Exp)

Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with experience in fit out projects to join our growing offshore team. This role supports our tendering and estimation efforts, particularly in preparing and reviewing sub-contractor quotes, scopes of work, and documentation for commercial interior projects.

This is a key role in helping our company scale efficiently while maintaining high standards in project planning and delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Conduct quantity surveying activities for commercial fit out projects.

Request and review quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.

Prepare comprehensive scopes of work for sub-trades.

Assist with the preparation of tender documentation and proposals.

Support estimation processes in collaboration with the Australian project team.

Requirements

KEY REQUIREMENTS MUSH-HAVE SKILLS :

• Proven experience requesting quotes from subcontractors and preparing scopes.

Strong background in preparing tender documentation.

Experience in estimation within the construction industry, preferably in commercial fit outs.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel .

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS :

Experience working with project schedules and construction programming tools.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.

Construction training or relevant qualifications.

Background in the construction industry is essential; fit out experience is highly preferred.
