ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR

Job Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.

At least 5 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.

Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role within an engineering department, with proven experience in managing teams and engineering projects.

Demonstrated experience in planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects from concept to completion, with a strong record of meeting deadlines and staying within budget.

Practical experience in providing engineering support to production teams, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing effective solutions to optimize workflows.

Proven history of implementing process improvements and establishing quality control measures to reduce defects and enhance yield.

Experience in setting, tracking, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, team performance, and quality outcomes.

Prior experience collaborating with multiple departments, such as Quality, Production, and Maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and alignment on engineering objectives.

Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electric Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna, Inc., Laguna Technopark, Santa Rosa for Direct Hire.
