Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee and streamline the daily operations of our content creator team. This includes scheduling, onboarding, and mentoring, as well as driving process improvements and maintaining a supportive and growth-focused work environment. Ideal candidates will have experience managing remote teams and a background working within the digital content ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate weekly and daily team schedules, ensuring all coverage needs are consistently met.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.
• Act as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.
• Track team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary.
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks.
• Foster an inclusive and productive culture across a 100% remote team.
• Monitor key operational metrics and deliver regular reports to management.
