We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized

Purchasing Assistant   to support our team with a variety of purchasing and administrative tasks. This role will be responsible for reviewing, finalizing, and placing orders to ensure our shops have the necessary parts and supplies to operate efficiently.

Responsibilities :

  • Review and finalize Amazon orders submitted by shops.
  • Process online, email, and telephone purchases for parts using an approved company purchase card.
  • Track and provide real-time updates on the status of all orders.
  • Ensure timely receipt and confirmation of purchases.
  • Post completed purchase invoices to the appropriate repair order (RO) in our system.

Requirements

Job Requirements and Credentials :

Strong English and communication skills (both written and verbal).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

  • work hours that overlap with at least half of our US operational hours.

  • Experience or ability to learn how to
  • navigate the C1 system and post invoices.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • 1-3 years experience
  • This is a key role that requires a high level of accuracy and communication to ensure our purchasing process runs smoothly and our shops receive the support they need.

    Requirements

    The candidate should have an understanding of general accounting principles including financial statements Knowledge of financial covenants and bank reconciliation Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills Keen attention to details Computer and internet proficient Can work with minimal supervision and can deliver high-quality output Must be highly organized and with excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize activities effectively Must be proactive, motivated, detail-oriented, a team player and knows how to work with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and metrics Education and Experience : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Financial Management, Economics, Accounting or other related business course Can be a fresh graduate or with 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance industry
