We’re looking for a reliable and self-driven Virtual Assistant to join the team at Infusion121, a full-service marketing and digital agency working across a range of industries including NDIS, Bookmakers, Franchise Groups and more.
This is a part time role where you'll be sourcing new leads and helping us grow our client base. You'll be our first point of contact with prospects, reaching out via email and LinkedIn, qualifying interest and handing over warm leads to our sales team.
If you’re confident in outreach, organised and great at spotting business opportunities, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing Reach out to prospects via :
- Email
- LinkedIn messages (using scripts provided).
- Keep track of your outreach and leads in Zoho CRM.
- Qualify leads based on our criteria before passing them to the sales team.
- Work closely with our team to make sure quality leads are being endorsed.
- Update CRM.
- Join 1–2 paid team meetings per week for coaching and feedback.
- Help us hit monthly growth targets through smart, proactive outreach.
What We’re Looking For
Someone with strong written English and communication skills.Previous experience in sales support, outreach or client lead generation (preferred).Confident using tools like CRM systems (we use Zoho), Google Sheets and LinkedIn.A proactive, organised, and goal-oriented work style.Available between 9 AM – 5 PM AEST for lead activity.Comfortable attending regular check-ins and working as part of a team.
