Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of their dance and musical theatre school. You’ll help ensure smooth operations, enabling the creative team to focus on delivering outstanding educational experiences.
Responsibilities
Perform efficient data entry and maintain accurate records
Format reports and presentation templates in Google Slides (content provided by the client)
Respond to customer inquiries via online chat platforms
Prepare simple sales invoices, contracts, and other administrative documents
Update and maintain customer records, marketing lists, and databases
Coordinate with other departments on routine tasks
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
Requirements
Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Reliable and detail-oriented
Basic proficiency with Excel and MS Office tools
Quick learner who can adapt to changing tasks and priorities
Comfortable using online communication and collaboration tools
Interest in dance or the arts is a plus (e.g., past participation in dance classes)
