Job description

Basic Purpose :

  • Provide first hand technical support to Head office and store users.

Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action via phone, remote connection and / delegates tasks to Technical Support Staff.

Major Responsibilities :

  • Provide 1st level of hardware, software & user support via phone & remote connection thus resulting to users continuous of work
  • Serves and act as mirror in the absence of his Technical Supervisor and of her co-team at all times
  • Ensure the updates given by ETP are fully tested and working properly before installation to all stores.
  • And all users are able to use the new installed system efficiently.

    Job Qualification :

  • Graduate of any IT related course
  • Working knowledge of fundamental operation of Win7,Win8, MS Office, and Open Office
  • Basic knowledge in PC troubleshooting and other IT equipment
  • Working knowledge on MS SQL
  • Analytical and able to deep isolation of hardware and network problem
  • Good in oral and written communication skills
